Ever wonder why your child seems to want to eat and eat… and eat again within only a couple hours? Are you feeling concerned about portion sizes and knowing how much to serve your child and when to pull back? How much sugar is too much sugar? Are they getting enough protein for growth?
Often times the meals and snacks provided to children are nutritionally unbalanced which can lead children to eat nonstop throughout the day and/or overeat at mealtimes. In this workshop, Caitlin Kiarie, Registered Dietitian and founder of Mom-N-Tot Nutrition, will explore these areas of childhood nutrition so you can feel confident you are offering your child balanced meals and healthy snacks.
