Caitlin Kiarie RDN, founder of Mom-N-Tot Nutrition, will lead this workshop on postpartum nutrition to discuss the key components to ensuring you and your baby meet all the nutritional requirements throughout this “fourth trimester”.  It is essential that you focus on taking care of yourself by way of proper diet and hydration in order to properly care for your child. Instead join your child in our special Halloween edition of “Kids in the Kitchen” cooking class where we will be creating some ghoulish meals and scary snacks that are so FUN and delicious they’ll forget all about that candy and be begging for more of these recipes. In addition to all the tasty food, parents will also walk away with tips and tricks on how to create a “healthy-ish halloween” and properly manage their child’s stash of Halloween candy.
Perfect for children aged 3-6 years old.
