Postpartum Nutrition (the fourth trimester, for mom)

A mother’s diet after birth is just as important as it is during the pregnancy. Caitlin Kiarie RDN, founder of Mom-N-Tot Nutrition, will lead this workshop on postpartum nutrition to discuss the key components to ensuring you and your baby meet all the nutritional requirements throughout this “fourth trimester”.  It is essential that you focus on taking care of yourself by way of proper diet and hydration in order to properly care for your child.
